Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work on Deal Daddyo.
Online orders
If a seller cancels a paid order, the buyer is refunded in full to the original payment method. Buyers can open a dispute from the order page if an item isn’t received or isn’t as described; our team reviews disputes with both parties.
Cash deals
Cash payments happen directly between buyer and seller and are not processed by Deal Daddyo, so we cannot issue refunds for them.
Boosts
Boosts are non-refundable once active. If a boosted listing is removed for a policy violation, the boost ends without a refund.
